Ankara 3rd Criminal Judicature of Peace decided for Twitter accounts of People’s Democratic Party (HDP) Istanbul MP Oya Ersoy, music band “Grup Yorum,” “Gezi Defense” opened for the “Gezi Park Case” and for other accounts related to the Taksim Gezi Park to be banned to access due to “national security” and “protecting public order” in accordance with Article 8/A of the Law No. 5651. Twitter hasn’t applied the decision yet.
