Istanbul’s 8th Criminal Judgeship of Peace transferred authority over the Ahbap Association’s assets to a three-member board of trustees as part of an investigation into the association. The court appointed Rıdvan Can, Mustafa Göktuğ Kaya and Ahmet Kasım Han to manage the association’s properties, vehicles and bank accounts. Management of 13 commercial enterprises and companies affiliated with the Ahbap Association was transferred to the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund.
