An indictment has been prepared in the investigation into detained Bolu Mayor Tanju Özcan. The prosecution has charged Özcan and 18 others with “bribery,” “extortion,” “fraud,” and violations of the Foundations Law. The case has been referred to the Bolu 3rd High Criminal Court.
