In the case regarding the removal from office of the administration elected at the CHP’s 38th Ordinary Istanbul Provincial Congress held on October 8, 2023, the court ruled to uphold the previously issued precautionary measure. The Istanbul 45th Civil Court of First Instance decided, with an interim ruling, that Gürsel Tekin would continue in his role as Provincial Chairman. The case was postponed to a later date.
