Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office’s Terror Investigations Bureau ordered for O.Y., the owner of social media account “Ankara Kuşu” [“Bird of Ankara”] with 500 thousand followers, to be detained. Anadolu Agency announced that O.Y., who is a local journalist in Ankara, was detained within the ‘FETÖ’ investigation. O.Y.’s close circle, on the other hand, claimed that the reason for his detainment is the tweets he posted on the Turkish Red Crescent and the Directorate of Religious Affairs.
