Secret witness C.B. was heard at Istanbul 13th High Criminal Court in the case on the allegation of financing DHKP/C from municipalities. C.B claimed that some municipality executives transferred money to the organization. The defendants denied the accusations. The court ruled for the continuation of detention of 13 defendants and decided to hear some witnesses in the next hearing. The hearing was adjourned to September 29. The indictment alleges that former Sarıyer Mayor Şükrü Genç and some municipal executives financed the organization.
