The 31st hearing of the case against 23 people, including lawyers from the Law Office of the Oppressed (ESP), was held at Istanbul 27th Assize Court. Former Etkin News Agency editor İsminaz Temel, former reporter Havva Cuştan and ESP Co-Chair Özlem Gümüştaş were among the defendants. The witness said that he had only seen the defendants at ESP events and had no direct knowledge of their connections to the organization. The court adjourned the hearing to March 11, 2026 for the defendants to submit their written defenses.
