In Hatay’s Samandağ district, A.K., the partner of a concrete plant that was shut down by a court order on August 29, cut off the car of Samandağ Ecology Group spokesperson Mevlüt Oruç in Yeşilada neighborhood at night and beat Oruç by hitting him on the head. Oruç was discharged after treatment and filed a complaint. Police initiated proceedings to detain A.K.; investigation into the incident is ongoing
