The Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTUK) issued an administrative fine against Halk TV due to the criticism of show producer Ismail Saymaz against a woman reacting to the visit of Republican People’s Party (CHP) leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu in Çorum, using the words, “disgraceful, shameless.” Criticising the decision, Saymaz reminded that the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTUK) had previously considered it a “criticism” when Republican People’s Party (CHP) Parliament Member Ali Şeker was referred to as a “pimp” on Channel 24.
