RTÜK gave radio platforms TuneIn and KeepOne 72 hours to apply for a license or cease broadcasting on the grounds that they were providing services without a broadcast transmission license. However, it is noteworthy that TuneIn has been blocked from Turkey for 2,784 days and KeepOne for 425 days. The access ban on TuneIn was imposed by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office in 2017. For KeepOne, the Ankara 3rd Criminal Judicature of Peace issued an access blocking decision at the end of RTÜK’s 2024 deadline.
