The report includes investigations into journalists Alican Uludağ, İsmail Arı, Merdan Yanardağ, and Furkan Karabay, as well as numerous lawsuits filed against journalists for “disinformation,” “organization propaganda,” and “insulting the President.” According to the report, access to hundreds of news articles and social media posts was blocked in the first three months of the year, and numerous journalists were detained and subjected to physical attacks.
