A disciplinary investigation has been launched against students at Gürsu Borsa İstanbul Anatolian High School in Bursa for staging a sit-in in the schoolyard on April 20 to protest the attacks in Urfa and Maraş. During the protest, the students chanted the slogan, “Barricades against gangs, not students.” Eğitim Sen and TÖB-SEN announced that they will hold a press conference in front of the school on May 5 to protest the investigation. The unions stated that the students were asked coercive and leading questions.
