Ankara Women’s Platform organized a protest stating that the 11th Judicial Package is a “bullying law” against women and LGBTI+s. The press statement, which was planned to be held at Kolej Metro Station, was intervened by the police, resulting in a brawl; the statement was held on Sakarya Street. The platform stated that the package targets freedoms under the name of “public morality” and interferes with gender identity and bodily integrity.
