27 Boğaziçi University students, who were prosecuted due to “making terrorist organisation propaganda” through opening a banner that said, “There is no delight in occupation and massacre” against the distribution of Turkish delights at the university following the Afrin Operation, were sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment each. Istanbul 32nd Assize Court deferred the announcement of the verdicts against 20 students and turned the sentence against 7 students to 6,000 TL judicial fine each. The court issued decrees of acquittal for three students.
