One person was detained in a coffeehouse in Batman’s Petrolkent neighborhood on allegations of spreading PKK/KCK propaganda. The Batman Governor’s Office stated that a person with their face covered, holding flammable or explosive material, called on those in the coffeehouse to take to the streets, and that footage of the incident was shared on social media. The suspect, identified as M.E.T., was apprehended by the Provincial Security Directorate’s Anti-Terrorism Branch. It was reported that a judicial investigation into the incident is ongoing.
