The investigation against journalists Mehmet Şakir Karadaş, Hülya Taş and Rohat Bulut, who were detained in Van’s Erciş district on January 7 due to “making illegal organization propaganda”, was declared non-prosecution. It was stated that the journalists’ notes were not used for propaganda purposes and that the legal elements of the crime were not established. Thus, it was decided not to prosecute them.
