The ban on leaving the country imposed on politicians released on judicial control conditions in the Kobani Case has been lifted. Ankara 22nd Assize Court lifted the judicial control orders against Ayla Akat Ata, Emine Ayna, Mesut Bağcık, Ayşe Yağcı, Gültan Kışanak, Meryem Adıbelli and Sabahat Tuncel.
The prosecution had submitted an opinion to lift the restrictions on the politicians and the court ruled in line with this opinion.
