The third hearing in the trial of 20 people, including Ajansa Welat reporter Nedim Oruç, was held at Şırnak 1st High Criminal Court. Oruç had been detained on 14 January while covering news, arrested and released at the first hearing on 24 April. His lawyer requested the return of technical equipment seized during the investigation. The court rejected the request and adjourned the hearing until 12 November for missing documents to be completed.
