An investigation was initiated against Mabel Matiz by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office for “obscenity” due to her song “Perperişan”. The singer voluntarily went to Çağlayan Courthouse and gave a statement to the Information Crimes Investigation Bureau. He left the courthouse after about an hour of testimony. Previously, access to the song was blocked upon the application of the Ministry of Family and Social Services.
