A lawsuit was filed against cartoonist Nuri Kurtcebe due to “insulting a public officer because of his duty” through a social media post made in 2017. The indictment of the lawsuit, with its first hearing to be held on March 2nd, claimed that Kurtcebe had denigrated the honour, dignity and reputation of Binali Yıldırım, Devlet Bahçeli and Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu.
