The lawsuit filed against journalist Pelin Ünker, who was on trial at Istanbul 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance due to “slander through press” related to the news she reported on “Paradise Papers” was abated due to the lawsuit being filed later than the required four-month period in accordance with the Press Code.
