A lawsuit was filed against Confederation of Progressive Trade Unions of Turkey (DISK) Chair Arzu Çerkezoğlu due to “public incitement towards resentment and hostility” through her speech during the panel, “Where Is Turkey Going?” organized by Republican People’s Party (CHP) Sapanca District Organization in 2016. The first hearing of the case will be held on April 2, 2019 on Tuesday at Sapanca Courthouse, starting at 09:45.
