The lawsuit filed against the movie, “My Suburban Tale,” that depicts stories of those living in the “suburban” regions of Ceyhan, Adana, from their perspectives, was concluded with acquittal. Ceyhan 4th Criminal Court of First Instance issued the acquittal of director Yunus Ozan Kurkut and the movie’s actors, who were on trial with the claim to “praise the offense and the offender.”
