A lawsuit was filed against Mustafa Doğan, who lost his son during the ISIS attack against Ankara Train Station on October 10, 2015, due to “insulting the President” through his statements at the summary judgment of the lawsuit filed on the incident. “We don’t trust justice in this country; murderer government will give account for this. Let it be known that those who killed our sons on October 10 is the political government. Let it be known that it is the AKP government. It is Fascist Tayyip Erdoğan. Tayyip Erdoğan is the one who murdered the future of my son.” Doğan faces an imprisonment sentence for up to 4 years and the first hearing will be held on July 9th.
