The prosecution of artist Ferhat Tunç started at Büyükçekmece 16th Criminal Court of First Instance with the charge of “insulting Binali Yıldırım” through his social media posts in 2016. The court decided for the defense statement of Tunç to be obtained by rogatory and scheduled the next hearing for March 5, 2020 at 14:00.
