The first hearing of the lawsuit filed against journalist Hakkı Boltan was held at Diyarbakır 10th Assize Court due to “illegal organisation membership” based on his Democratic Society Congress (DTK) delegation, two press statements he participated in as well as a social media post he made. The court issued the acquittal of Boltan.
