Dicle News Agency (DIHA) reporter Hacı Yusuf Topaloğlu, who was arrested on November 27 with the allegation of “terrorist organisation membership,” was released in the first hearing held at Adıyaman 2nd Assize Court. Dicle News Agency was previously shut down with an emergency decree.
