The Muğla Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office has launched an investigation into singer Hande Yener over remarks she made and slogans chanted during a concert. The investigation, initiated following a complaint filed with CİMER, accused Yener of “targeting the constitutional order,” “insulting the president,” and “inciting the overthrow of the government.” After decisions of lack of jurisdiction, the case was transferred to the Muğla Chief Prosecutor’s Office, where the investigation began.
