An investigation was started against a person in Niğde, who came to the grocery store with a donkey in order to protest the recent prices on plastic bags and who later turned out to be the manager of the store. As the protest spread on the social media, Agriculture and Forest Provincial Directorate penalized the grocery store with 4.545 TL administrative fine with legal actions against store manager Halil Gün in accordance with the related articles of “Act No. 5996 on Veterinary Services, Plant Health, Food and Feed.”
