Within three days, an indictment was prepared against “Soğuk Savaş” presenters Boğaç Soydemir and Enes Akgündüz, who were arrested after an investigation was launched against them based on a joke they made. The prosecutor requested the duo to be sentenced to up to four and a half years in prison on charges of “Public Incitement to Hatred and Enmity through the Press and Publications”.
