Prof. Dr. İhsan S. Sırma was removed from the programme of Giresun Book Fair organised by Giresun Municipality, due to the “balances” in the province. Publisher of Sırma’s books, Beyan Publishing, and others announced that they will protest the decision and not participate in the fair. Giresun Mayorship was won by the AKP in the elections on March 31st with at least one vote of difference.
