Hopa Mayor Utku Cihan gave a statement within the scope of the investigation conducted by the Istanbul Anti-Financial Crimes Branch Directorate regarding his duties and tenders at IBB between 2019 and 2024. Making a statement after about 3.5 hours at the police station, Cihan said he answered all questions and acted in the public interest.
