On March 8, International Working Women’s Day, Fındıklı TOBB İmam Hatip High School Assistant Principal Bahar Aslan, who was suspended from her job for hanging posters at the school, won the lawsuit filed by Eğitim-İş for the second time. The Rize Administrative Court ruled that the Provincial Directorate of National Education did not implement the first judicial decision and ordered Aslan to be reinstated. The court stated that she should continue to be an administrator at the school where she was working and that her transfer to another institution was unlawful. Eğitim-İş announced that they will continue to fight against unlawfulness
