Hasan Köksoy, owner of the YouTube channel “Kendine Muhabir” (Be Your Own Reporter), known for its street interviews, announced that he had been detained on charges of “insulting the president.” In a post on his X account, Köksoy stated that he had spent the night in custody and appeared before a prosecutor in the morning, who released him on judicial supervision and a ban on leaving the country. According to the second piece of information shared by Köksoy, the person who gave him the interview was also detained on the same charge and does not have a lawyer.
