Dilruba Kayserilioğlu, who was sentenced to 11 months and 20 days in prison for “insulting the President” for her remarks in a street interview in Izmir, had her conviction overturned on appeal and was acquitted. Kayserilioğlu was detained last year and released after 18 days.
