The indictment prepared against Leman magazine employees in the investigation launched due to the alleged caricatures of Prophet Muhammad and Prophet Moses was accepted. The prosecution demanded the release of 5 defendants, but Istanbul 2nd Criminal Court of First Instance ruled for their continued detention. The first hearing will be held on November 14.
