The Constitutional Court ruled that the three-day official advertisement ban against Cumhuriyet Daily on the grounds that a phrase used by Erdoğan for a farmer in Mersin was used in a column during President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s Prime Ministry was a violation of freedom of expression and press. The court ordered the local court to eliminate the violation.
