The Constitutional Court (AYM) issued a decree of rights violation for Atilla Taş, who was arrested once again despite being released. Singer Atilla Taş was arrested within the lawsuit filed against him due to “aiding an illegal organisation” and remained in prison for 14 months. After being released, Taş was imprisoned once again on November 9, 2018 after the approval of his sentence. The high court decided that the “right to independence and security” of Taş was violated.
