The application made at the Constitutional Court by People’s Democratic Party (HDP) Istanbul Provincial Co-Chairs and executive board members, who were detained in December 2016, was concluded. In the decree issued unanimously, the court decided for 40 thousand Turkish Liras of compensation to be paid Mehmet Tayyip Arslan, Muhittin Arslanboğa, Ramazan Çetinçakmak, Süleyman Başer, Süleyman Özcan, Feremez Erkan, Ayşe Karadağ and Aysel Güzel. The court further decided that there was no violation in the arrests of Kasım Oba, Ali İpekli and Doğan Erbaş.
