The Constitutional Court decided that the “access ban” brought on BirGün Daily’s news on the visuals depicting a citizen named Hacı Osman Birlik being killed and dragged on the floor behind a panzer during the operations in Şırnak in 2015 was a violation of freedom of expression and press freedom.
