The Constitutional Court (AYM) has decided that the freedom of expression of former Halk TV Editor-In-Chief Şaban Sevinç was violated. Sevinç had been convicted due to ‘insulting a public officer’ after calling former AKP Samsun MP and Minister of Youth and Sports Akif Çağatay Kılıç a ‘court joker’.
