The Constitutional Court published its decisions regarding the financial audits of the As Party, Young Anatolia Party, Eternal Order Party, Revolutionary Socialist Workers’ Party, Felicity Party, and Star Party in the Official Gazette. The reviews assessed the 2019 accounts of the Eternal Order, DSIP, Felicity, and Star parties; the 2019–2020 accounts of the Young Anatolia Party; and the 2023 accounts of the As Party. The Constitutional Court ruled that a criminal complaint should be filed with the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office against the As Party on the grounds that it failed to establish a proper record-keeping system, conducted its income and expenditure transactions outside the party account, and engaged in actions aimed at obstructing the audit.
