The Constitutional Court unanimously found the applications of BAK signatory academics Kıvanç Ersoy, Esra Mungan Gürsoy, Meral Camcı and Muzaffer Kaya, who were arrested in remand due to “making terrorist organisation propaganda” unacceptable. The Constitutional Court found the applications of the academics, based on violations of personal freedom, right to security and freedom of expression, unacceptable due to “the lack of exhaustion of remedies.”
