The Constitutional Court (AYM) decided that the 10 months of imprisonment sentences each issued against two people, who distributed forms with Öcalan’s photos on them, due to “making illegal organisation propaganda” are “violations of freedom of expression and thought.” The forms had been distributed within the campaign that demands freedom for PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan.
