The lawsuit filed for the annulment of the CHP’s 38th Ordinary Congress and 21st Extraordinary Congress and for the dismissal of Chairman Özgür Özel and members of the Executive Board, PM and YDK was held at Istanbul 19th Civil Court of First Instance. The court merged the case with the case filed for the annulment of the CHP Istanbul Provincial Congress and the appointment of a trustee. In the reasoned decision, it was stated that the parties and reasons of the cases are the same, there is a legal and actual connection and it would be appropriate to evaluate the evidence together.
