Cem Tekinoğlu, adviser to Yeni Parti Istanbul MP Cemal Enginyurt, was detained as part of an investigation by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office into prostitution and laundering assets derived from crime. After police procedures, Tekinoğlu was referred to a courthouse, arrested by a court and sent to prison.
