25 people, including her father İbrahim Kortak, attended the funeral of Dilan Kortak, who was killed by the police in the raid against their house in the Sancaktepe district of Istanbul in 2015. The lawsuit filed against the 25 people on charges of “terrorist organization membership”, “making terrorist organization propaganda” and “violating the Law on Meetings and Demonstration Marches” has been concluded. The Izmir 2nd Assize Court sentenced one of the defendants, Mukadder Gül, to 10 months in prison on the charge of “propaganda” and commuted the sentence to a fine, acquitting the other defendants.
