Following an attack at a high school, the Şanlıurfa Governor’s Office banned waiting and gathering in front of schools on April 18. The Governor’s Office prevented unauthorized individuals from being present in the vicinity of schools and required parents to present identification upon entry. Officials announced that administrative fines would be imposed on those who fail to comply with the rules.
