Ankara Bar Association filed a lawsuit at the Council of State to abate the legislation that authorises the Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) with monitoring online publications. The statement made by the Bar Association indicated that the regulation will pose a direct intervention against the freedom of expression and of information while being against the Constitution.
