The Human Rights Center of the Amed Bar Association applied to the Ministry of Justice, the Parliamentary Human Rights Investigation Commission, the Ombudsman’s Office and the Human Rights and Equality Institution of Turkey for the detainees whose release was prevented by the decisions of the Administration and Observation Board. The Bar Association emphasized that these decisions are not based on measurable, auditable and objective criteria and that arbitrary practices have become widespread across Turkey, especially in Bolu F Type Prison.
